On Thursday, July 2, leaders of the Chaldean Community Foundation invited Archbishop Weisenburger to tour the foundation's community center in West Bloomfield. The newly renovated, 42,184-square-foot facility, which opened in 2025, houses the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce, the Chaldean Community Foundation, Chaldean News and serves as a hub for other community resources and services, including the Bishop Ibrahim Library, Chaldean Museum, classrooms, a 72-seat theater, as well as radio and podcast studios that are utilized by the Chaldean Catholic community. Founded in 2006, the Chaldean Community Foundation serves tens of thousands of immigrants and individuals each year from 70 countries of origin, focusing on health, advocacy, stability and wellness.
