Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron announces the following appointment:

Fr. Joseph Horn appointed pastor of the National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica, Royal Oak, effective Feb. 3, 2020, in addition to his continuing responsibilities as director of priestly vocations. Fr. Horn will succeed Msgr. Robert McClory, who was named bishop-elect of Gary, Ind., on Nov. 26, 2019.
