Abraham went up the mountain in fear and came down a man of deeper faith. The apostles went up in uncertainty and came down strengthened for their journey to Jerusalem. In this homily reflection for March 1, 2026, the Second Sunday of Lent, Archbishop Weisenburger says that God is calling us to climb our own mountains, too, so we can return strengthened for the journey ahead.
