Genevieve Francis died Jan. 2 at the age of 92. She was a resident of Harrison Township and the loving wife of Norman Francis, an employee of The Michigan Catholic for many years. Dear mother of Joseph, Judith, Nancy, Thomas, Michael, Kenneth, Paul, Andrew and the late Mary Louise. Grandmother of 21 and great-grandmother of 19. She was predeceased by 12 brothers and sisters.

Her Mass of Resurrection was Jan. 5 at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 38775 Prentiss, Harrison Township. She was laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.
