Mary J. Eckert of Northville, who had worked as compliance coordinator in the Office of Safe Environments for the Archdiocese of Detroit from 2003 until 2009, passed away on May 26.

She is the mother of, John Robert Lee; the sister of brothers E.J., Thomas and Robert; and also has nine nieces and nephews and eight great-nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will take place June 4, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. on June 4 at the Italian-American Club, 39200 Five Mile Road in Livonia.
