Angelica (Angel) Busque, 32, died on June 8 from complications of lupus disease. She was the youngest of the four children of Abelardo (Abel) and Aida Busque of Madison Heights.

Abel Busque worked in the Archdiocese of Detroit’s Finance and Administration Department for 30 years, retiring in 2007 as the Director of Financial Services. In retirement, he has assisted many Detroit priests with their income taxes.

Arrangements were handled by the Edward Swanson & Son funeral home in Madison Heights.

The funeral was June 13 at St. Mary Magdalene in Hazel Park.
