Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron announces the following appointments:
Msgr. Charles Kosanke appointed pastor of Most Holy Trinity Parish, Detroit, and Ste. Anne Parish, Detroit, effective April 25. Msgr. Kosanke currently serves as pastor of St. Regis Parish, where he will continue to serve as administrator effective April 25 – June 30, 2016.
Fr. Patrick Gonyeau appointed associate pastor of the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament, St. Moses the Black, and Our Lady of the Rosary Parishes, Detroit, effective July 1; and Central Region Coordinator of Evangelization in the Archdiocesan Department of Evangelization, Catechesis and Schools effective July 1. Fr. Gonyeau currently serves as associate pastor of the National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Parish, Royal Oak.
Fr. David Buersmeyer appointed pastor of St. Regis Parish, Bloomfield Hills, effective July 1. Fr. Buersmeyer currently serves as pastor of SS. John and Paul Parish, Washington Township.
Fr. Joseph Mallia appointed pastor of Holy Family Parish, Memphis, and St. Augustine Parish, Richmond, effective July 1. Fr. Mallia currently serves as pastor of St. Frances Cabrini Parish, Allen Park.
