Just as Moses once went up the mountain to receive the Law, Jesus ascends the mountain and gives us something greater: the Beatitudes. In this homily reflection for Sunday, Feb. 2, the Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time, Archbishop Weisenburger says we're on "sacred ground" whenever we discuss the Beatitudes, touching the heart of Jesus' teaching, where the values of the world are turned upside down.
