On Monday, Sept. 7, Archbishop Weisenburger celebrated Mass at Most Holy Trinity Parish in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood before greeting workers during Detroit's annual Labor Day Parade. During his homily, Archbishop Weisenburger preached about the Church's teachings on the dignity of human labor. Following Mass, Archbishop Weisenburger and parishioners gathered for the annual Labor Day Parade down Michigan Avenue, one of the largest Labor Day celebrations in the country.
