Enjoying the Pierogi Festival at Sweetest Heart of Mary in Detroit

Archbishop Weisenburger sampled some of Detroit’s finest Polish cuisine and enjoyed good company during one of Metro Detroit’s longest-running parish festivals, the Pierogi Festival at Sweetest Heart of Mary Church in Detroit. The archbishop visited with parishioners, parish staff, volunteers and festival goers on a warm summer weekend, including Fr. Greg Tokarski, left, and a seminarian from the parish.
