On Monday, May 18, Archbishop Weisenburger attended a meeting of the board of trustees of Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, the final board meeting in the long and highly productive tenure of outgoing rector and longtime faculty member Fr. Stephen Burr, who will return to parish ministry in July. Left to right, pictured are Fr. Tim Birney, Dr. Isaiah McKinnon, Mrs. Ann Thomas Battersby, Mr. Michael Ritchie, Fr. Stephen Burr, Brig. General (ret.) Carol Ann Fausone, Archbishop Weisenburger, Fr. Kevin Creagh (incoming rector), Mr. Michael Schoenle, Mrs. Vanessa Denha Garmo, and Mr. John Hale. The meeting was also the final board meeting for Fausone and Ritchie, whose terms are concluding.
