On Thursday, Aug. 20, Archbishop Weisenburger hosted a summer picnic and barbecue with coworkers in the Archdiocese of Detroit's curia, along with their families, on a beautiful summer evening in Detroit outside the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Families enjoyed lawn games, food, ice cream, music and great conversation, with a bouncy slide and a petting zoo available for children.
