Sr. Mary Catherine Pruente, CSJ, of Nazareth, age 84, died on May 15, 2025.
She was born July 19, 1940, in Pontiac, Michigan, to Francis and Verona (Missouri) Pruente, and was a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph.
Sr. Mary Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers: Francis, Ernest, Thomas, and Daniel Pruente. She is survived by her brother, Paul Pruente. A service of remembrance and mass will take place and be live-streamed (link at BetzlerLifeStory.com) on Tuesday, May 20, 10 a.m. EST at Holy Family Chapel. Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Nazareth, Michigan.
