On Monday, Oct. 19, Archbishop Weisenburger met with members of the senior leadership of the Knights and Ladies of St. Peter Claver at the Archdiocese of Detroit's Chancery. The Catholic fraternal organization was founded in 1909 to serve African American Catholics through faith, fellowship, and community service. Inspired by St. Peter Claver, the Knights and Ladies promote spiritual growth, charitable works, leadership, and social justice while supporting families and communities.
